I saw a lot of “buzz” on the phpMyDirectory Owners Forum where people were wanting the ability to add tooltips to their Membership Compare / Compare Listings page. I was working on one of my own directories and wanted the same feature. So, putting my many years of software development experience to work for me, I created this and decided to share it with you.
Using this software you can enable your Membership Compare page with tooltips in short order.
ALMOST MAGIC
While this will give you all the functionality you need, you will likely need to do a little customization to personalize the look and feel of this to your liking. Also, while I provide the basic help files that display when you hover your mouse over the tooltip indicator, you will want to customize your help text to say what you want. But it won’t take long!
HTML ENABLED TOOLTIPS
The nice thing is that it’s a simple matter of modifying some HTML files. Since it is a full HTML file, you’ve got complete control as to what it looks like and what content can be included. You can BOLDFACE, INCLUDE PHOTOS, USE GRAPHICS, the choice is up to you!
